The two most common reasons a player cannot access an Artix Account is because they need to:

• Recover Artix Account Password
• Update Artix Account Signup Email

If both of these things do not work, please email us so we can help you recover your Artix Account. Once we can recover your Artix Account, we will respond to your email and send a new password to your original signup email. Please note, many Artix Accounts have an account name that is also their signup or current email address.
