Once you choose your Artix Account name, which may be the same as your email address, it cannot be changed. This is because when you create an account, you have to pick a name/email that is unique and not already taken or used. You can only use one email address per Artix Account that uses an email address as the account name.

If you create an account and do not like your name or don't want to use a particular email address, we suggest you create a new account with a different name or email address. If your Artix Account name is the same as your email and you change your email to one not already used on another Artix Account, your name will also change.

If you do choose an account name/email or linked Artix Account Game name that is inappropriate or close to an Artix Staff Member's name, your Artix Account may be disabled or deleted depending on the situation and if you are a free or paid player.
