The main reason a player does not receive their Forums Email Confirmation is due to an email issue. Most of the time, this is an easy fix!

Please check all of the following before emailing us for help:

• Wait at least 24 hours before emailing us for help. Usually it only takes 5-10 minutes or so to receive the Forum Email Confirmation, but sometimes emails can get backed up on our server.
• Check your spam/junk box in case your email filtered the forum email confirmation there by mistake.
• Make sure that your email is not blocking emails from @battleon.com, or flagging/filtering them to junk/spam.
• Make sure you did go through all of the steps to successfully register your Forums Account and that you received the message that an Email Confirmation has been sent

If you have checked everything above and still have not received your email confirmation, unfortunately, your email confirmation cannot be resent. The forums email confirmation/activation does expire, so it is possible if you didn't check your email or receive it, you need to let us know so we can confirm your email. Lady Tomo, the Forums Ban Administrator, can manually confirm your email for you.
