To change the password on your Artix Account, you need to:

• Go to our Portal Site and login to your Artix Account
• Click on My Account under your Artix Account profile
• Under the Account Menu to the left of the page, click on Change Password
• Enter your Current Password
• Enter a New Password
• Type the New Password you chose again
• Click on the Change Password Button
  

If you did not choose a strong enough password, you may receive a message that the password is weak. Please choose a stronger password and you should not receive this message again.

If you are attempting to change your password and just get a blank screen, please use a different browser and it should work.

Please do not give out your password to anyone!
