Please note: Pre-paid or gift credit/cards are usually not accepted. Sometimes PlaySpan/UltimatePay/PayPal/ClickandBuy will accept them but sometimes they don't due to the lact of identifable billing information. If you have tried to use a gift card and received an error, please double check your game account to see if you have received the upgrade before trying to make another payment with a different payment method. Usually these kind of cards are designated for in-store purchases, not for online payments. If you can register your billing information, you may be able to use the card.
